Different Thank you messages

    Hi,
I have a survey and want to make a different thank you card depending on results.
However, there are 61 questions and 5 possible outcomes.

Is there an easier way to input the conditional formatting for thank you cards without calculating every possible outcome and inputting it?

The examples I have read apply to simpler surveys/quizzes.

    Thanks

    Greetings,

I checked that currently the is no JotForm account named HuRebecca, perhaps you have changed your username?

The last form ID https://www.jotform.com/210695939143160 also no longer exist

Please note that if you are using the Cards layout, please note that the layout of the thank you page is very limited.

As an alternative, you may consider using a classic layout form, since the thank you page is more customizable for classic forms.

Unfortunately, that's not possible with Jotform quiz app. It doesn't have a condition logic inside the app. Currently, if you need conditional logic, you'll have to use the form builder.

You'll need to assign a calculation value to your selections and calculate it using form calculation widget. Then create a condition to show a certain thank you page based on the number.

You can then base the thank you page conditional logic on the total or results.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have further questions.
