Can we set up a jotform so that only people with a certain domain in their email address can submit on a particular form? For example, only people who have an @tpscan.com email address can submit a certain form? Please advise how to do this? Also, is it possible to make this a conditional field?

    Hello Aaron,

This is very possible by using Logical Condition, the idea here is to hide the submit button if the email field doesn't contain "@tpscan.com", please follow the below screen cast as a guide.

You can check the demo form in this link hhttps://form.jotform.com/210757713418053, you can also clone it to your account to review it in Form Builder, please check this guide for how to clone a form.

Adding to the previous option another alternative one, but this requires your form users to sign up for Jotform accounts with their tpscan.com emails, as it's possible to restrict the access of a certain form for a company/domain members only, please check the third option in this guide for more details.
