Form not submitting

    Our form

    - Premier DJs - Wedding Booking Details

    Which is our main form that we use has been getting a lot of people saying it's not submitting correctly. We have looked at it ourselves and can't see where the problem is, but ourselves couldn't get it to submit.

    Can you please help with why this form isn't submitting?
    After filling in all required details and pressing the submit button, nothing happens, it stays on the same page.

    Hi there,

    To clarify, it really doesn't do anything after submitting the form, is that correct? Could you please check your browser's console log to see if it'll at least indicate any errors after submitting the form, which could help us investigate further.

    Also, kindly please check if the issue is still occurring, I have cleared your form's cache from our server as a precaution.

    Sorry for the delay in reply.

    No, it's still not working.
    After pressing the submit button, it still just sits there.
    Checking the submitted forms, it doesn't show that it has been received there either.

    Are you able to try it and test it your end?

    We have tried it on multiple devices and multiple browsers.

    The last successful submission was back on the 9th of March.

    Hi there,

    I did a test submission on your form(https://form.jotform.co/80578104621857), and I was able to submit it successfully.

    It redirected me to your website after the submission.

    I can also see that my submission was successfully saved on the submission page.

    However, I didn't fill out the credit card information part, as I don't have any working card to use.

    It's possible that you are entering an invalid credit card number, I've noticed earlier when I tried to enter a random number, it did not throw any error on my end saying it's invalid, making it unable to submit the form.

    Could you please try bypassing the credit card part as well, to see if that'll make any difference, or please make sure you are using a valid card.
