This is a great feature but we would like to check if we can have search based on two columns rather just one like email id + last name. Is this possible?

To clarify further, do you want to input the email and last name field in the Spreadsheet to the Form widget and then populate field data on the form?

or do you want to input a unique field on the widget and then populate email + last name on one of the fields on the form?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

    Hi again,

Please note that this is possible using Dynamic Dropdown (searchable) + Conditional Logic.

    1) Add the Dynamic Dropdown and insert your option.

    2) Add a basic dropdown to populate automatically.

    3) Create the condition below.

Result: The email domain dropdown got automatically populated once I selected the Yahoo email address in the Dynamic Dropdown.

Just to confirm, will the user always put in their email address, first name and last name then you want the form to search within your Spreadsheet to Form widget using all those 3 values?

Or will the user only enter one of those 3 and the search should find results based on one of those 3 values?

If it is the first, then we might be able to give you a workaround.

If it is the latter, unfortunately, no, that is not possible.

    Do let us know.
