Stopped receiving notification emails after creating app

    Hi JotForm

    I have stopped receiving form submission notifications after a form submission. This happened after I created an app (urls below). Yesterday they were working ok when I was just testing out the form (no app created at that point). I have tried all of the resolution steps listed in the blog post below but have had no luck. I have also tried changing the email address the notification go to but have also had no luck.

    On checking your form I found that your email notification is in place. From our server logs, I see the email notification for this submission has been sent successfully from our end.

    Try whitelisting our IP address and Domains. Have you checked the notification in your Spam folders? Since you are using your own email Id as the sender so please check the settings of your SMTP email address.

    You may also check the email logs in your profile:

    You may try configuring the default JotForm emails noreply@jotform.com/ noreply@formresponse.com to see if you are able to receive emails if you are switching to this.

    None of the above steps worked.

    When I went to Settings -> Sender Emails and sent a test email it turned out emails were not being sent through the SMTP service.

    I deleted the email address and set it up again and now emails are being sent.

    I am also being presented with a captcha every time I submit the form the app https://www.jotform.com/app/210918782812864

    Can you please whitelist the email so we don't have to complete a captch every time a form is submitted?

    While sending a test email via the TEST EMAIL functionality it will send an email via the default noreply@jotform.com.

    You have to make an actual submission to the form to test the SMTP sender email.

    Let me forward your request to whitelist your username to avoid getting the Captcha page.

    We are glad to know that recreating the SMTP solved the issue.
