Getting errors on the PayPal payment field on the form

    Have successfully created form but need additional help. Attempting to add payment element to document but can't get it to work

    Have received confirmation from Paypal that connection between this form (90036181955155) has been completed and we're ready to receive payments.     Hi there,

    Upon checking the form https://form.jotform.com/90036181955155, I do not see any payment integration.

    Did you remove it on purpose?

    If so, please add it back in so that payments can be processed.

    I have reinserted the payment integration but am still receiving the error shown in the screenshot above when I either preview or publish the form.

    After you have connected your PayPal Business account in the integration settings, please do not forget to click the green Continue button to save the changes.
