I need help with creating a form to intergrate with Airtable.

I am using this template from Airtable

    https://airtable.com/templates/local-business/expDrHGuyjSQlrKTq/inventory-tracking

I want to create a check out form on Jotform which listed all the product matches this template and user filling out the form can enter quantity by drop down number 1 to 100 for each of the product. Which form elements should I use?

    Hello there,

You'd have to use a set of form elements and/or widgets for this I'm afraid, so you can map each field value to their respective Airtable column.

The Configurable List widget or Input Table element allows you to add a matrix table to your form, but it won't work with your Airtable setup I believe since those form elements keep the data in a single cell, comma-separated.

Regarding integrating JotForm with Airtable, you may refer to the following guide for more related information: How to Integrate JotForm With Airtable
