Actualy I want to send each month a report of users that have made a subscription via a form .

I see. Where would you like the report to be sent to? And when you said "that have made a subscription via a form," you mean people who submitted your form, correct?

It would be nice if the mothly report could be send to predefined person(s) . For example : send monthly report of data to my boss .

I indeed ment people who submitted data on my form . But the report doesn't have to go to these people. ( or maybe it can also be an option ? Send all persons who submitted a monthly report )

Apologies for any delays. I believe the best way to achieve your requirements is to set a filter for your form submissions on the JotForm Tables based on a month.

You can also create multiple tabs for each month if you want.

The thing I was looking for is a task that is monthly called and sends an email with attachment the report . ( and the receiver doesn't have to login on jotform-website )
