can I know the unsubmitted record of my customer in jotform?

if some customer didn't submit the jotform, he/she only enter a partial data like email or etc, how can I know the email of these parts of the unsubmitted customer?

Unfortunately, unsubmitted data are not captured so it's not possible to know those details unless they save their progress and come back to it later.

If you want them to partially fill a form and complete it at a later date, then you can enable the autofill feature, wherein users can save their progress.

You can use our CONTINUE FORMS LATER feature. This will allow the users to save form progress and finish submissions another time. You can also enable autofill and send email reminders to encourage users to return to your forms.

it would be much better if you can let us see the draft status data for some unsubmitted record so that we can see what they had filled and what didn't fill and we can follow up with them (via the email address they had entered) to see what make them stop submitting the form. this is crucial to avoid missing potential customer

That can only be achieved with the Continue Forms Later feature if the user saved the data. If the save button was not clicked, the entered data will not be saved. If the data was saved, you will be able to view incomplete submissions.
