Customers unable to submit online form.

We are a rental company and we have created an online application for our apartments. When a customer completes an online application they are unable to submit the form. First we had recaptcha on the form but when customer clicks this it spins and spins and nothing comes up. When we removed this feature and click submit nothing happens.
