Having trouble granting people access to my form

Hello. I recently added a form to send to clients from the app. I sent it them from the “publish form”. They get it and they click on it, then it send me an email to grant them access, but I’m unable to. I got the free app. Do I need to be paying in order form them to be able to sign the form? Or am I doing something wrong? I also don’t know how to grant them access.

    Hi there,

Upon checking, your form's Access Settings is set to "Private".

If someone needs to fill out your form regularly, such as people who report to you (e.g., staff members, agents, maintenance team), you may set it so to assign the form to them.

Each invitee will have their own Submissions Page where you can check the entries they've collected, so they're required to create their own JotForm account.

If you only need to share the form with your customers/users for them to fill out, you only need to share the form's URL provided that the form's Access Settings is set to "Public".

Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.
