I was not able to fully understand your query.
To clarify, the issue is with the date field, right? earlier in this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/3300327, you've mentioned that you've attached an image, however, it seems like it didn't go through successfully.
Could you please upload it here, and tell us more about the issue so we can assist you better.

Hi,
So when I type "09" that works fine, then when I try to type "25" it makes the date "02" and puts the "5" in the year section as seen in the image (I initially responded in email with an attachment, but that didn't let the image go through I guess)
