End of approval workflow - would like to send emails on later dates via jotform

Hey - love the new workflow stuff. You guys are great.

One challenge I have is I wanted registrants to go through the approval workflow (which works), but once approved I want them to join an email journey with emails triggered on specific dates.

For a normal registration I would intergrate with mailchimp, but is there a way to only import those *approved* into mailchimp and tag them automatically?

Thank you for reaching out. I am glad you are happy with the workflow! While it does indeed have a lot of handy functions, unfortunately, you will not be able to set timeframes for later emails.

However, you can do so with our Autoresponder Emails. Here, you can select a date you want the email to be sent. You can also set up several Autoresponders, and use conditions to decide certain aspects that need to be met for the email to send.
