Data not coming through on my table

    Hello,

    We've been having this problem off and on for the past two weeks. It seems when I click on the submissions on my form "Hayes Barton Pharmacy Vaccine Consent form" I can see any of the new submissions data populate. Previously, I was able to edit the submission, add their first and last names in, and it would then populate after a refresh. This morning, it won't populate anything when I do this, it just shows up blank. I've cleared all my cache and cookies and retried but it did not help.

    Could you please login in your Jotform account and tell us the form URL were you're facing issues?

    Greetings.

    If I understood you properly, the field data is gone after you modify it? Do you update information directly from your Jotform Table by double-clicking the cell, or do you open the submission in a form and update it from there? If former, is only the field you modified removed, or you can't see a complete submission?

    I cannot see a complete submission to start with. When I logon, all fields are empty. When I edit the entry, I can see all the information as it should be. Typically, if I go back and update the Jotform Table with the person’s name, and then refresh the table, it will then populate everything correctly. However, this morning it isn’t populating anything when I do this.

    Could you please confirm if you are able to see the submissions via the old submissions view?

    Let us know if you are able to see the submissions via those views?

    Are you seeing the information on the Notification email?

    Please share the screenshot of the browser console logs.

    I had to reset my password and now when I login there are no forms listed????

    Sorry about that. Kindly try clearing your browser cache and then log in again. I see 50+ forms on your account.

    Also, could you share the screenshot of the error message when you click the link? Kindly note that images sent through email don't reach our support system.
