Airtable not getting attachment, even though it's in the Jotform inbox

I'm able to upload an attachment to a JotForm field, but my Airtable integration to that field (as type Attachment) does not receive the attachment.

I have validated that the image appears in my JotForm inbox, and that Airtable is configured correctly as an Attachment field.

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

Could you please confirm, did you add an Attachment field in your AirTable?

Could you also please try to disconnect and reconnect your form and then test again?

I also cleared your form cache as a precaution.

Please try it out and let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

If "Require log-in to view uploaded files." is checked in your account settings, Airtable could not fetch your attachments.

To send your uploaded files to Airtable, please kindly go to your account settings page then go to the Settings section and uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." option.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Regards.

    Yes, that works!

However, I have one question. Does this now mean that the uploaded files are directly accessible on the web? Is the URL at least difficult to guess?

    Hi,

The attachment URL is unique and there is no way it can be randomly viewed publicly without the complete URL.

Let us know if you have further questions.
