Hi Jenn,
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the red part when the user goes to the page.
Could you kindly give us a link to your form, and send us a screenshot of the page where you see the red part? This will make it easier for us to assist you with how to fix it.

Can I ask you to try to embed the form to your WordPress with the Iframe embed?

Hi,
Thank you for the screenshot.
This warning appears when there are required fields on the form, but they are not filled.
This causes the form to not let the user submit the form until the required fields are all filled correctly.
Once the user fills out the fields correctly, the warning will disappear.
If you do not want the message to show up, you can set all of the fields on your form as non-required.
Here is how you can change the required field settings:

Hi Jessica,
We are happy to help you to resolve the issue.
I tested both of your group forms, but when opening them, I was unable to see the error.
I opened the forms in Google Chrome.
I have cleared your form cache. May I ask you to clear your browser cache, and then try to open the form again?
