Tables button sends empty email

    I need to add two buttons to tables to reminder users manually to complete the form useing edit link. I've made a button but it sends a blank email. The emails will send to email addresses selected from field 'Send Bill to' and Send Bill to 2' which was set with conditional logic

    The workflow is

    Our office completes a form page 1, if the answer to 'Job Address' is Unknown edit link is autonatically sent to email address from Send Bill to field. If this user does not complete the form i need to send them a reminder email with attachment. If this user completes the form but the answer to Job Address 2 is 'I don't know' another edit link is sent to email address from 'Send Bill to 2' which lands user 3 on page 3. If this user does not complete the form i need to send them a manual reminder with attachment that will land them on page 3 of the form.

    Hi there,

    I believe I already replied to your query in your previous thread. I asked you how you were sending users to 'Page 2'.

    Anyways, as this thread is about the email delivery, I've checked it; I believe you're sending the following email with the Table Button, is that correct?


    Q1) Are you saying that the email is successfully sent but it is blank?

    Q2) Can you send us the screenshot of the blank email here as I am not able to replicate it at my end? You can send us your screenshot using these instructions.

    I am sending users to page 2 and page 3 with a link. Please check my form. When they click on Open Form button the link has ?jumpToPage=2 or 3

    Q1) Yes the email is sending but its blank and nit the email that needs to send

    Q2) see screenshot of email received


    Please check my form thoroughly i need to get it out by this Tue.

    I have looked at the form in question and see 6 different notification emails, could you please confirm which one is causing the problem and we will gladly investigate further.

    OMG! This is ridiculous, i keep explaining the same thing over and over again.

    I have problem with Reminder to Complete Form page 2 Notification and Reminder to Complete Form page 3 Notification.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for confirming the names of the reminder emails. Your patience is appreciated.

    I made a clone of your form 213000695183853 and sent through several test submissions following the conditions to receive the Notification emails that you are experiencing the issue with, and was unable to replicate the issue:



    There are a couple of tactics we can take prior to escalating this. First, I have cleared your form caches.

    Secondly, if you delete these emails and then create new ones and re-insert these emails in your form conditions and send through a new test submission, does the issue persist?

    If so, even though these are test submissions, if you could kindly send us the submission IDs in case we do have to escalate this to our development team, it would be most helpful. Here's where-to-find-the-submission-id
