Hello,
I made a order form, and connected it to paypal business. Everything was submitted properly and on your website it says - connected. However, my customers are telling me that it is not taking their payment. I also tried personally and it is not working. Can you please fix this.

Hello,
In making a clone of your form I was unable to replicate any problems and could submit successfully. Are you getting any sort of errors or what is happening when you try to submit?
If no errors are occurring can you check the console log as well when you try to submit?

their payment accepted on the order form because of jotforms so it would be

As we are unable to replicate the problem, we need to see what the error you're getting is which is why I requested checking what the console log said as well as providing screenshots so we can see if there are any errors or what you're seeing.
