I'm not getting emails from your system when users complete a form. I've tried the "test" button, that works.
Could this have something to do with trying to use noreply@cluettunderwriting.com? I thought I had it all working before and verified. I can send emails from that account via other processes (so I know that email address is working).
Can you help me here? I'm trying to get your system to send me an email when users complete a form that is from noreply @cluettunderwriting.com (name of our company). I want to include the edit link along with attachments and a copy of the PDF application.
Thank you, Dean -

question - is there a way to manually push a submission that includes the edit link to myself as a temporary fix?

Hello Dean,
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.
I've checked your form and I see that the Notification Email settings seems to be proper, so I believe you need to review the settings of the SMTP of your sender email noreply@cluettunderwriting.com, you can delete it and add again by following the below guides.
How to Edit/Delete Sender Emails on SMTP Settings
You can create another notification email and set its sender email to be our default email noreply@jotform.com, this way you will have 2 active notifications so in case the primary notification fails (the one that works with your domain & SMTP) you still have the second notification working, you can easily attach the form PDF to the email by following this guide.
How to Include Submissions as PDF Attachment in the Email Notifications
Also you can insert the edit link into the email body as you see in this screenshot.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance, we are happy to help.

I believe my colleague is referring to the Sender Email under the advanced tab.
You can also change it to noreply@formresponse.com.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue persists afterward.
