Form notifications are going to junk

    All of a sudden out Child Health history and our referral form notices are going to junk mail. They are also going to junk mail for our referring dentists and their patients. Our Adult form we get them like normal so not sure why all of a sudden this has started to happen. We thought maybe a google thing, but weird that it would only select certain ones all around. Please let us know how we can fix this.

    May we know if you're using SMTP in sending the notification emails?

    You may need to whitelist our IP addresses and domains.
