When setting up email notifications how do i allow comments to be inclu

I just checked your form and I am not very sure what you mean by comments. Can you please elaborate?

By any chance , if you're referring to the Approval flow comments; then kindly note that it is not possible to directly embed the approval flow comments into the email content.

However, submission PDFS includes approval flow history/comments (screenshot attached for your reference); you can attach this PDF with your email alert and this should solve your purpose.
