Required Processing Fee on Payment Tool

I would like to charge customer who pay online a payment procesing fee of $3.00 added to the invoice amount entered.  Then I would like that total to pre populate into either the PayPal or Stripe Amount Due field in the intergrator.

ex: 25.00 (invoice amount) + 3.00 (processing fee) = 28.00 (Amount Due)

Additional to your Product / Service item, you can add an required item to the Payment tool. So that it is charged on all payments by default.
