One Respondent cannot Submit a Form

    I have a current jotform that is the backbone of our department used by 60 people. I have one employee that was submitting fine until the other day. Now all of his submissions are missing for the populated google sheet, and he can't submit a form. I resent the invitation to the form to him, and his test worked this morning, but none of the 4 submissions he tried after worked.

    Can you please provide us the Form URL involved?

    To clarify, does their submission show on your inbox or submission table? If yes, can you please provide us their Submission ID?

    Also, kindly describe any error they are encountering on their end when submitting a form, you can also provide a screenshot.

    I am assuming you will not deal with the direct form, but a clone? Markus Kinion is the only guy having issues. I will ask him to send me the message that he gets. I am under the impression that he is able to fill out the form and submit, but it isn't showing up on the google sheet nor is the email after being sent.

    Hello Chudlow,

    Thank you for providing those information.

    Apparently, we try to replicate the issue via clone and the test is successful.

    If only Markus is the one who is having an issue with, can you ask him first to try submitting form using a different browser? (Eg. if he is using a google chrome, ask him to use Mozilla Firefox). It would also a big help if you can provide to us a screenshot of error that Markus is getting when he try to submit a form.
