How can the approver approves a request

I created a very simple approval form (Form name > Approver email > Approve/Deny Buttons.) When the approver clicks in the submissions table there are several unaccepted submissions. When she clicks on an In Progress button, a pop-up page appears with the submission details, but at the bottom it says "Waiting for [approver]'s approval. There are no buttons for her to click Approve or Deny as is shown in your training videos.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible to see the approval status in your tables, but if you want to approve or deny a request, that can be done from the Jotform Inbox
