Applicant called to verify that we received online app. He sent from a computer at a local library, but I don't see it......ran test on application and did not recieve that either. Please get back to us as soon as possible. This is a Federal Application and need it to work correctly ASAP!

I cloned your form to test it and it appears to be working properly:
Do you have the form embedded to a webpage by any chance? If so we will be happy to see what it causing that to not send submissions. The form itself however does appear to be functioning as expected. I also sent a test submission to your form, and the went through as well.

We do not currently show any record of submission more recent than 2014-07-23. I also do not show any recent email notifications sent to the emails addresses associated with your form. However your form is indeed working. If your form is embedded to a website, please let us know so we can see if that may be causing submissions to not go through. Unfortunately it appears the one from your user may be lost.

Thank you for looking into my question. I must say, I am in a bit of a panic. I came in this morning to 2 e-mails stating they sent me on-line applications. NOTHING. So I went into two browsers, Google Crome and Internet Exployer. again NOTHING. So I tried to go directly from your link,https://tcsi-transland.com/workapp/ NOTHING! It is interesting that the only on-line application that we received was yours in the last week! I will say this, I was able to complete the application, and the drivers told me they received the confirmation as well, (Thank you for your submission.......) It just never posted in our Submissions and I did not get an e-mail, except yours????? odd to me...........
To answer your question above, yes, our on line application is attached to a web site. I have been told our URL is:

Thank you for providing a link to the embedded form. I tested this and it does indeed appear that the submission looks to be going through but is not:
Replacing this line in your code:
With the iFrame code instead:
Should allow the form to function properly within your page. Also it seems that you are using a secure form, when following the guide posted above, please make sure to check the "secure form" box.

We did all your suggestions and it is STILL NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have tried this on multiple browsers, from a desk computer a phone and still nothing. I went to the direct link here to the app and nothing. I have the IT folks working on our end. They put in the new format and still nothing.
I have just been told we will have to pull this application with you if we can't get this fixed. It worked really well before!
The application is being completed, they are even receiving the conformation, BUT IT IS NOT BEING SENT TO US!!

It seems after clearing your form's cache the issue was fixed.

Can you please try again for the last time.
I suggest clearing also your browser's cache first before trying again.
