Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The forms can be customized using Custom CSS code to the form using the Inject Custom CSS section available n the form. Let me walk you through it:

1. In the Form Builder, click the Form Designer icon available at the top right corner.
2. In the Form Designer window, go to the Styles tab.
3. Scroll down a bit, go to Inject Custom CSS area and edit or remove the code.
4. Make sure to click on the Save button.
