    Hi!

May we know why our candidates can't fully see the contract on the email notification? The element we have used is the fill in the blank element.

    Please see attached file.

    Hello distributionrecruitment,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please elaborate on which part of the Fill in the blanks field/element you are referring to. Upon checking the field, there are no fields where users can fill in their info. Here is a screenshot of what I mean below:

    Hi,

All the Fill in the blank elements are not fully shown in the email notifications.

For example, we have 3 Fill in the blank Elements and only 2 fill in the blank elements are seen in the PDF file as an email notification.

This is the link to the form: https://www.jotform.com/build/221782485764467

    Hello distributionrecruitment,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that you're having difficulty with this. Rest assured, I’m here to help. I tested your form and had the same issue. It seems that the issue happening due to the length of the characters included in the email templates. Please note that a notification email cannot contain more than 65,536 characters in its source code and whatever goes beyond it will be automatically truncated. As the content of these fields is long, you may consider dividing the email content into separate notifications so it doesn't surpass the limit. You can also add these fields into a separate PDF and then attach PDF document to your notification email.
