Can users enter recipient emails and click submit and all of the emails the user enter will be sent to all the emails entered and to me as a notification?

Can you please explain what would be the purpose for this? Please be aware there is a limit of 100 emails per hour on paid accounts. Once you explain into more details, we can see if find a workaround for your scenario.
I want to create referral program. This is how it would work. There would be one box for the users email and another box for the users friends emails and another box for the message body. I want the user to be able to enter his/her friends emails and it automatically be sent once submitted.

I have created the form but I have a few questions.
I tried adding multiple emails to the subject but it only sends to two emails. Why? And can I send it to more than two emails?
Is it possible to mask the subject in the email for security reasons or are there any alternative methods so that users emails are not shared with everyone in the subject?
Can I customize the way the emails look to the users?
To have an email sent to the person filling out the form, you would need to setup and autoresponder:
You can add or remove which data you would like included and customize it how you wish. You would need to setup one responder for each email you capture. If you are just trying to capture this data, you can setup email notifications to send the data to who you want:
These are the notifications sent to you. You can send them to multiple people by adding more addresses to the recipient line separated by a comma and a space. For example:

I've tried adding multiple people but the email only sends to two people. I entered 5 email addresses and only received a notification in two.
If you are having difficulty adding more emails, you could always setup another notification. You should be able to enter up to 10 I believe in one. You can always add another notification and add 2 emails to each if that works for you. This will work the same as having one.

Just add more notifications. Click on "E-mail Alerts":
Then click on "Add new E-mail":
You can add as many notifications as you'd like.
If you are trying to collect emails, just add E-mail fields to your form and when it is submitted the data will be sent to you.
