How to let the customers Save form details and re-create it?

Could customers fill in the portion of the form below, then save that info somewhere?, then enter a second set of answers and save it to the same area (I'm trying to set-up an "add to cart" type of button) Then a review order sort of thing where the Name and credit card details would be entered.

    Thanks

    Hello hughdal,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I understood, you are looking for a feature that allows users to save a draft of the form and complete it later. If so, we have the Continue Forms Later feature for this purpose. The users will be able to save the progress of the form and then they can continue filling it later.

    • 1. From the Form Builder page, click on Settings
    • 2. Select Form Settings on the left
    • 3. Click on the Show More Options
    • 4. Scroll down to the Continue Forms Later and set it to Enabled

For more information, please see our guide on Setting-up-the-Continue-Forms-Later-Feature-in-Card-Forms

As for the Add to card layout feature, we have this feature available in Jotform Apps. You might also want to check out this guide about How to Add New Product List to an Existing App

If you want to implement this on the forms, then I would suggest you to create two forms. One form where users will be able to enter all information and then redirect them to the second form when they submit their first form.

But, if you were referring to something else, can you explain a bit more so we can help you with it?

No, what I'm looking for is a separate form that receives info from this form, it would work like a shopping cart so customer could order more than 1 item with different parameters, then pay for those multiple items in one transaction. Thanks

    Hello hughdal,

Thanks for getting back to us. If I'm understanding this correctly, it soulds like you wanted to pass the field(s) value from your Form A to Form B. If so, it's possible by passing your fields value using it's query parameter.

You might also want to check out this detailed guide about How to Automatically Pass Form Data to Another Form?

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
