Assigned forms: Creating account but not receiving verification emails

    I have created accounts for my customers to private access to my form. But they are unable to receive verification emails. Will the accounts get deleted or blocked if they don't verify? Or is there anyway to verify for them?

    Hello Mok,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If the email address will not be verified, then the account will be tagged as Dormant after a certain period of time. Moreover, we cannot verify the email address for them. Please tell your customer to check their SPAM folder instead.

    Another way is, you can Password-Protect your form, so your customers don't have to create a Jotform account. You just give them the password and they will be able to fill it out. This guide will give you more information about it.
