Does the back end have a PDF style page?

I need this for contracts is the back end for have a pdf style page with signatures so I can save the forms send them and provide proof of signature.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm so sorry I didn't fully understand your question. To clarify, are you trying to download the submission made on the form as a PDF? If yes, there is an option for the submissions on the Table page that will allow you to download them as a PDF file. This PDF file will include the data submitted on the form and if there are signature fields it will also be included in it. You will also have an option to customize the PDF where you can remove or include additional information on it. You can check this guide on how to customize PDF submission reports here.
