    Hi Ali,

Yes you can add more than one "File Upload" field into your form. The files will be attached in the submission and email notification.

Let us know if this solves the problem.

    Thanks.

    Hello Charlie,

I had done so, but it doesn't appear on my website.
It is only on my forms page.

    Best regards,

    Ali

    Hi Ali,

To further assist you, I might need more details. May I know what form are you having problems? Also if you can provide a screenshot it would be a great help.

From your last post, you mentioned it doesn't appear on your website? Does that mean the files uploaded will be posted or uploaded to the actual website server or database?

This tutorial links might help you, please refer to them anytime.

    Hi,

I checked the embedded version of your jotform and it appears as though you have used the source code to embed your jotform.  This takes a snapshot of how your form is at that certain point and then dumps the source code.  Updating your form does not update this code.  You would need to grab the source code again of the updated version and re-embed your jotform for the changes to show up.

Using the Javascript or iFrame embed method, however, will allow for your changes to be shown dynamically in the embedded form.
