Jotform is failing to save and keeps on crashing.

    To Support.

I've upgraded to a paid account, only my Jotform keeps on crashing, saving causing it to crash and it results in me losing my form field, having to repeat myself.

Am I meant to write the form fields in a Notepad before pasting them into Jotform ?

I should be able to trust that whenever I create a form field, I never lose it.

I piles me with double the effort.

I hope this issue is sorted soon, as I'm now paying for my use of Jotform.

    Thanks.

    Hi Peter,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems right now.

May I know if this has happened before or only in today's case? There are different possible causes for this error: 1. Slow or intermittent internet connection, 2. Used of proxies or VPNs to connect to the internet, 3. Out dated web browsers, 4. Or as the message say, the server is down for maintenance.

I would recommend that you try the following:

    1. First try clearing your web browser's cache, I also cleared your form's cache just to make sure. Log out and log back it to your JotForm account.

    2. Use a different web browser, we usually recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, also please check if they are updated.

    3. Check if you have a good signal for your internet connection.

I hope this helps. Let us know if the problem still persists after the said solutions above.

    Thank you.

    Charlie,

It's not the Internet ... it's you lot.

Currently, Jotform is not fit for purpose. It's performance is shit.

    @Peter

Don't clear your cache ... its Jotform ... and they should know it!

    Hi Peter.

Please ignore the comments made by Mark. It is true that the issue seems to be with a certain few people using jotform which surfaced quite recently.

Now my colleague has already given quite good comments here to @Mark http://www.jotform.com/answers/453332-Jotform-Inaccessible-Abysmal-Site-Performance#1

Now your issue seems a bit different, but it could also be caused by your browser cache, or your jotforms cache.

Please do this to clear your browser cache 15 Ways to Clear Your Browser's Cache - wikiHow

Also follow these steps to clear your jotform cache: Clear form cache

This should work for you, but do keep us updated on the issue.

@Mark Please avoid any hateful comments. We appreciate your input and have nothing against people finding issues or suggesting improvements as you do, but it is not OK to say that the product you use every day is not good to our other users. Please note that the issues you have and these issues that Peter has experienced do not seem to be the same. Thank you.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    To Ben from support.

Thanks for your help, support and advice.

Yes, it can be the internet, I've reinstalled Google Chrome and will now

clear the cache to hopefully solve my issue.

Having upgrade my account to Economy,

I feel very happy, as now I've got more submissions and space.

I will be using Jotform daily from now on.

Issues do happen and I only got fed up, because I kept on

having to repeat my field entry.

Although, this doesn't change how I feel about Jotform.

I would still give it a 10 as excellent and recommend it

    to others.

    Hi Ben,

    Fair enough. I shall refrain.

Comments are not mean't to be hateful ... but they are accurate .... see this ...

This is an email from the top-brass of Unilver advising me that my form is not fit-for-purpose.

I cannot get across to you how angry I am .... because performance issues like this could put me out of business ...
