    Ich möchte gerne meinen Account kündigen. Mit löschen geht es leider nicht :-(. Auch wenn ich das korrekte Passwort eingegeben habe.

    Hi Urs Hanselmann,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. Our German Support is currently not available so I'll do my best to help you in English. If the translation is correct, you are trying to delete your account. If yes, I see that you still have an active Subscription which is paid through PayPal. To cancel the account, please cancel your subscription to PayPal first. Let me show you how to do it.

    1. Sigin in to your PayPal account.
    2. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner.paypal account settings icon min Screenshot 10
    3. Next, go to the Payments tab.
    4. Click the Manage automatic payments button.paypal manage automatic payments min Screenshot 21
    5. Select Jotform merchant.
    6. Click the Cancel button.paypal cancel jotform min Screenshot 32
    7. Then follow the instructions on how to proceed with the cancellation.
