Hi Rick,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues receiving payments through your form. I've looked at the form, and it seems you haven't added a payment gateway. To process payments, connect your form to a payment gateway. We have over 30+ options to choose from. You can see the list here. We also have guides on how to integrate them. You can check that out here.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

I have integrated stripe and they say it is activated yet doesn't show up on form. They say to check with you as you may take longer to activate.

Hello Rick,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the 3 forms in your account non of these are connected with the Stripe Payment gateway. Here's how to connect your form.
- Click on the Add Form Element at the upper left of the page.
- Click on the Payments tab.
- Click the 3 vertical dots next to Stripe.
- Click on the Payment Settings. It will open on the right side.
- Click on the Connect button. It will ask you to login to your Stripe account.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for getting back to us. I see that your form is not connected to Stripe. You have to click on the Connect button, a popup window will appear, and then it will ask you to log in to your Stripe account.
Did you click on the Connect button when you followed my instruction in my previous message? What happens after that? Is there any error you encountered? If possible, include a screenshot or a screen recording for us to understand better what is going on.
If you'll be doing a recording, use Loom or save your recording in online storage like Google Drive and then send us the Shared Link. If you'll be sending a screenshot, here's our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.
Also, give us permission to connect your form to Stripe Test Mode so we can tell if there's no issue with the integration. Test mode is switching Live Mode to Test Mode and then connecting the form.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

when I hit publish it doesn't publish on the website! Go to
ideal-sno-pros.org and click on the "Join Now button and scroll to the bottom it doesn't give you a payment option. You can also call me to walk me through it if you want to.

Hi Rick,
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer live support via phone. Our primary mode of communication is through the Support forum. I've checked the form embedded on your website and I can see that you have not integrated it with Stripe yet. Let me show you how to integrate the form with Stripe:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Click on the Product List to highlight it and click on the Add Payment Integration icon.
- Select Stripe then click on the Use Selection button.
- And then connect your Stripe account.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

So after doing this I am hitting publish correct? When I do I get a direct link of your form with a copy link open new tab window what do I do from here. Because hitting publish doesn’t publish to our form!

Hi Rick,
Yes, when you click on publish tab and copy the form URL it is published. Your form is published and active. but before that, you need to integrate stripe with your form. I checked still you have not integrated stripe payment integration. Please check the screencast video.
In the demo video, I selected test mode, but you will connect to live mode. I tested the mode to show how after a successful connection it looks. After you connected the stripe payment gateway please press the continue button.
After that, you can go to your website and check if you will be able to see the credit card fields for the stripe payment field.
Let us know if you need any more help.

rickmaurer327Replied on November 22, 2022 at 1:45 PMNot sure what I am doing wrong. Very frustrating. How can I give permission
for you to connect and fix? Shouldn’t it be asking bank info and routing
number and such? It did once before.

Hi Rick,
I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. Could please try deleting your product list to your form and add it back again. Once you delete the payment field, the product list is still actually saved on the system, you can then add another payment field and the product list will show up again.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thanks for using Jotform. I see that you're able to connect your form "Membership Form Ideal Sno Pros" to your Stripe account, which is awesome.
The payment field is not working as expected. See the screencast below.
When you click on the Publish tab, it will give you the option to copy the link or open your form in a new tab. You will either copy the link and paste it on a different tab or browser to open your form or just simply click on the button "Open in new tab" to view the form.
I've checked your website http://ideal-sno-pros.org/membership/ and the form that is embedded on it is a cloned version of your form "Membership Form Ideal Sno Pros". It is a form that is created on a different account, the username is roggegolf. Click here to view the embedded form.
This is the reason why it won't reflect any changes or the payment field on your website is not getting fixed since you're fixing a different form. You can either do the same fix on the form that is embedded on your website or remove that cloned form from your website and then replace it with the form you've successfully integrated into your Stripe account.
Please check our guide about Embedding a Form to a Web Page.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

I am confused. How do I delete the old form? Can I just delete his admin account? Or how do I delete that form and use mine. You are dealing with a rookie and every email til the last one you finally figured it out that it was linked to roggegolf which is an admin no longer affiliated with our group. Does deleting him delete the form or how do I delete and install my form? I can use the old form but am lost on doing it. The directions as in all of them sent to me are never complete directions. So a simple way of deleting and installing to get this running is appreciated. Full directions please. Thanks!

Hi Rick,
Please know that we cannot make any changes to the form or to the account where the form is associated if the request is not coming from the account owner. The form that is currently embedded on your website is the old form. To update the website, all you need to do is embed the new form (Membership Form Ideal Sno Pros) on the website. You can embed the form using the iFrame code. Let me show you how to get the iFrame code:
- Open your form in the Form Builder.
- Click on the Publish tab at the top part of the Form Builder.
- Select Embed on the left panel of the screen.
- Select iFrame.
- Copy the code and add it to your website.
If you don't know how to embed the form on your website, you may ask for help from someone from your group who might have embedded the old form.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
