Jotform Sign: Mutiple notification recipient once the document has been signed

I have set a signing document up that needs to sent automatically to another department. It is currently only going to myself. Is there a way to set this up? similar to the Email set up for forms created in "My Forms".

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Check out the steps and screenshot below on how to copy another Recipient when sending the Jotform Sign Document.

1. In your Sign Builder click Send.
2. Select Send to Sign.
3. Click the Options tab.
4. Write the other email address under CC Recipients.

Thank you for your reply. However his did not work.

I am wanting the submission document to be sent directly to another party once the person who has signed the document selects submit. I think the option described above is for the email invitation.

Do I need to add the other party as a 'Signer' for this to happen?

Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to have a CC recipient once the document has been signed, only when sending the invitation. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
