    Hi Sharon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The format types allowed in sending the data via FTP will be the same file type allowed by the File Upload field. By default, the allowed file types are PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, TXT, RTF, HTML, ZIP, MP3, WMA, MPG, FLV, AVI, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF. You can add more file extensions that you want to allow your respondents to upload by setting it in File Upload Properties > File Types. Please check this documentation that will guide you on how to do that.
