Hi transformthrupranichealing,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are sorry that you are having issues with your form. Can you provide us with more details about the issue? What kind of data was not being captured on your excel sheet? Also, is this for the Google Sheet Integration or the downloaded submission via Excel? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi transformthrupranichealing,
Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. My Google Sheets was able to capture all the data from my form. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try removing the Google Sheet Integration on your form and re-integrate it again? You can refer to this guide on How to Integrate Forms With Google Sheets.
I have cleared your form cache as a precaution and to refresh the status of your form. Let me show you how:
- Go to your My Account and select the Settings tab.
- Click the Clear Cache button on the Form Caches section.
- An alert message will appear saying “All caches are cleared”. That's it, you are done!
I also noticed that you are unable to Submit the form because you have an additional Page Break and when I was trying to submit the form after I initially cloned your form, I was unable to complete the submission, check out the screencast below for reference:
I think this is the reason why you are not able to capture the data on your form to the Google Sheets Integration because the form was not really "submitted". Let me show you how to fix this:
- Select the Page Break's Back button field then click the Trash icon to delete it.
- Add a Submit element by dragging it on the field with the Back button.
- That's it. Check out the screencast below for the result:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Grateful for your prompt and detailed reply to my query. I could solve the
problem. Iam new to this form-building site and forgot to add the submit
button at the end.
I could solve the issue
Thanks
