User inquiry: not full data in the Excel report. Where is it?

    Hej!

    In my form “Annual Consortium/Shareholders' meeting & spring party, 12 May 2023” , there is a question about registration for Life Science. Why is the data not in the Excel report? where do I find it??

    Thank you for reaching out to jotform support I’m really sorry that this is happening and I will do my best to help you. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    However, I noticed that one of your form fields is not marked as required, which means that the form filler can skip it without filling it out. To avoid missing field submissions, please ensure that all fields are set to required.

    Could you please double-check the submission to see if the filler filled out this field? Please enable the required option in this field if the filler did not fill it out.

    Hej,

    No, it doesn´t work! now neither Registration for the Annual Meeting nor Registration for LifeScience is with. Why so? please revert whatever you´ve done. :) and I still need the data for "Registration for the Life Science". I applied my safe and the alternative was with, but it´s not with in the Excel file.

    The fields with Allergies, amount of night, Comments are not marked as required, but they are with in the Excell report.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We checked your account natalia.kulikova@awa.com. You have the Free plan and the status is active. Can you try to clear your Jotform account cache? May we recommend you try these troubleshooting methods below:

    1. Log out and log back into your account.
    2. Please clear your web browser's cache.
    4. Use a different web browser.
    5. Restart your device

    To see if this will fix the issue. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same problem, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Hej, We have a Bronze plan, not a free one. And it doesn´t work

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
