RESET my "upload space"

    Please refresh my "upload space". I have deleted all uploads but my limit has not changed. Do I need to do this request every time I delete any files to get the space back? Am I missing anything or steps to do?

    Hello Ahmed,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with the Upload Space after you deleted form submissions. I’ll do my best to help you out.

    As per checking on our system, the current space usage you have is 31.45 MB out of 100 MB. Is this the current Upload Space you should have or are you expecting less? If you are seeing a different Upload Space on your end, you can perform clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on how to clear your form cache. I’ve cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. 

    You may also want to check if the deleted form submissions are still sitting on the Trashed entries of the form submission table since it will still take upload space on your account. Have a look at this guide on how to properly delete form submission data.
