this is simple two ways , you can either create a notification for each recipient or use one notification and separate the emails with a comer then a space, each notification can accept 10 mail addresses, personally I would create a notification for each recipient, it make for easier management. just a tip but the text that says notification diagonally across the the notification sheet can be edited just click and edit. IE fred blogs.

As @andypenn mentioned, you may add two separate notifications for each recipient.
Or you may separate multiple recipient email addresses upto 10 by using commas.
