Form is incomplete on web site

    My form is not working on web site. I don't know the reason.

     

    It's about my form: Winding Diagram Request Form

    - Captcha can't open

    - there is no submit button

    Can you help?

    Hello ACWindings,

      First I want to give directions to you,you should click the embed form inside your form and click iFrame button.Then,you will meet this page:

    And click the Preview button.Otherwise, if you read these articles,you don't have a any problem.

    -Getting the iFrame

    -Which Form Embed Code. Maybe you can look at that.Then,you can this url about Captcha problem.
