Need added Text Box to be included in the emailed version.

I made a work order template that my office staff will complete for new work orders for our contractors.  We will then send that completed form to our contractors.  At the top of the form there is a text box with general work order information and disclosures that they must read, however in the emailed version that text box isn't showing up.  How can I get the emailed version to show up just like the actual form I created but with all the fields completed?

From what I see you've added a "Checklist Widget" to your form and you mean that isn't showing up at the top of the emailed version when it is received.

If you look at your email notification and you'll see that your list is actually there even though currently the field doesn't show a name listed though you could add that easily if needed.

When I tested this I could also see that it does show up in the email notification. It just shows differently because that is how the widget displays the information since it's not exactly the same as a textbox field and is a widget instead.

Ok.  Originally I had a text box and had all of those disclaimers there, but I couldn't get it to show up once we emailed it to the contractor.  I was playing around to test out this widget and it didn't show up for me, but let me try that again.  That could work.  In a perfect world, I would love for the completed version of the form to look exactly like the form is before we fill it out with the data.  With our logo and all the disclaimers.  Is that possible?

If you look, I added a text box now with the same information, but it's not showing on the emailed version.  Is there any way to do this?

Are you referring to the "text" field?

That particular field is only cosmetic meaning it will only be seen on the live form view. If you want that data to be seen inside the email notification a better way would be to just add it to the email notification template itself.

Alternatively, you can just use the attach pdf option in your email notification to attach a pdf copy of your form which will resemble your form more closely for download. If you enable the headers and text inside of that then this will display that information more accurately.
