Hi everyone, I am wondering if it would be possible to use Jotform to do the following:

I would like to create a form that will be embedded in my website. I want to give customers the option to create a personalised booklet. This booklet will be personalised using information the customer provides in the form and from multiple wording options they have chosen.

At the end of the form I would like it to be possible to download the form in PDF format and display the finished wording. So if the customer for example entered their name in one of the forms, I could take that name and place it in a sentence to be outputted when the form is submitted.

I hope that made sense, any questions just let me know. Thank you.

    Hi,

What you are looking for would be possible in the Thank You page or in the email notification, however, it is not possible in the submission PDF.

In both the thank you page editor:

    And email notifications editor:

Form fields can be included in the message, allowing you to insert something like:

Hi {fullname1}!  Here is your custom message.

If they entered Bob Ross in the Full Name field, the message would be:

Hi Bob Ross!  Here is your custom message.

You can also add a print button to the thank you page:

The PDF of your submission output, however, cannot be customized in this manner.
