JotForm team would like to know if there is any alternative to simulate through some widget or application form or another deemular buscav Excel function in a form.
I remain attentive to your comments, thank you very much,
Greetings.

We do not have a VLOOKUP function available on our forms, but depending on your needs, you may want to use our Data Grid widget:
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/data_grid (guide: How to Add a Widget to your Form?)
Data grid widget allows you to present data on your form in a grid/table, which is sortable by clicking on the header of any column, and it also has a filter bar at the top, as can be seen on the demo form:

On the other hand, if you were looking to perform VLOOKUP-like functions on the data that your users have submitted, you may want to export your submissions in Excel format and use the VLOOKUP function of your spreadsheet software:
https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel
Similarly to the above, you can also forward your submissions to Google Spreadsheets, and then perform the Excel functions there:
