I had been working on my form for along time, then saved it and published it with this link:

    https://form.jotform.com/61605671494965

But later on when I opened the link I found it directing me to wrong form not the one I had been working on.

Besides I didn't find my form!

    Please help!

    Thanks

    H Kudaish

The links to your forms are unique. Every Form URL has a unique Form IDhttps://form.jotform.com/61605671494965

So it would impossible for you to be redirected to a different form.

Please do confirm if the following is correct:

This is the link to the form entitled Draft is

    https://form.jotform.com/61605671494965

That is the form you included in your post above.

However, I have checked the last form you have edited and here is the link to that form

https://www.jotform.com/61667469914975 and it is titled as Registerarion Form.

You may also want to check your Archive Folder and Trash Folder. If your form ended in the Trash folder, you may follow the guide below to retrieve it.

The Missing for is replaced by the form I named later "Draft"!

Anyway I've created new form with the same name of the missing one. Hope this time it wont go missing again!

If unwanted changes have somehow been applied to your form 61605671494965, which made it appear as some other form, you can also use the Form Revision History feature to revert the form to a previous state:
