JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
So you can receive an email notification to your email address everytime your form is submitted, you can create Notifiers on your form.
The guide below will give you the instruction on how you can set up email notification on your form.
About your question regarding the security of the email being sent, it is secured.
We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) that encrypts mail for secure delivery when you use firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com sender email. Note, that your mail server should be TLS enabled too.
Please note that if you enable an 'Attach PDF' option or switch to a different custom sender, the messages will be sent without the TLS encryption during transfer.
We also offer a custom SMTP sender option where you can use your secure custom sender email.
However, when your form is encrypted and a submission is made, the email notification that will be received will look like this.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
