We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) that encrypts mail for secure delivery when you use noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com sender email. Note, that your mail server should be TLS enabled too.

Please note that if you enable an 'Attach PDF' option or switch to a different custom sender, the messages will be sent without the TLS encryption during transfer.

We also offer a custom SMTP sender option where you can use your secure custom sender email.
