i seem to be receving submissions but not notifications of a submission
when i clicked emails at top of menu
then notification email (mine)
then test to confirm i get an email
in the past worked great
now, for some reason i am not getting this
i looked in spam and trash and did not see

I have checked your email address and it is currently in our bounce list, this is the reason why you're not receiving emails from JotForm, the reason for this is shown below:
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from siumed.edu
I have removed your email address from our bounce list and you should receive emails now.

In case that you stop receiving emails again, you can also check if your email address is in our bounce list and if you find it there you can remove it, here is the guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Do note as well that testing your email notifications using the "Test Email" button in the email wizard will send the email to the email address set in the account, it will not be sent to the email recipient address, so in order to properly test your email notifications you need to make a real submission.

any idea why the siumed.edu
address was a problem....this is an academic site

Looks like your email provided rejected our sender. Make sure to whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.
