Hide empty fields on email feature is no longer available in new UI.

Jotform has been updated and I can no longer find this same option in the new advanced preferences pane.

Please note that "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" feature is by default enabled in new layout. If the data table is not unlocked and you have not edited the email template, this feature will work without any problem.

If you have edited the email template, you need to just delete the existing email alert and add a new one. That should solve your problem. The following guides should help you:
