no llegan a mi email los formularios

    I have checked email address of your account and it is inside of the bounce list. Because of that you did not received email Notifications when your form was submitted. 

    Our system gave following result: is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : 550 RecipientError: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

    I have now removed it from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
